How It Works


  1.  Find a role for your referral candidate
  2.  Confirm their eligibility (have your referral's email address handy)
  3.  Submit the referral via online form (12-month referral link begins)
  4.  We email your referral candidate with an invitation to apply via personalized link
  5.  Your referral candidate begins the hiring process


Once your referral candidate applies, you can track the status of their application process through your Employee Referral Program tracking dashboard.



Who Are We Looking For?


Apart from relentlessly believing in our mission, a successful employee referral candidate:

  • Meets or exceeds the minimum requirements outlined in the job posting;
  • Is not a current employee, contractor, co-op, intern or Fixed-term employee;
  • Has not been referred by another employee in the last year.

Referral Rewards Eligibility


Q1. Who is eligible to submit a referral?


Anyone, including full-time and part-time contractors, co-ops, interns and fixed-term employees.


Exceptions: None

Please Note: Any employee referral must be submitted through CareerHub and tied to a posted position



Q2. Who can be referred?


Anyone can be referred to an externally posted position


Exceptions: Co-ops, interns, current employees and contractors, and fixed-term employees

Please Note: Employee referrals must not be linked to (referred by) another employee or agency


Q3. What positions are eligible for a reward?


All externally posted positions


Exceptions: University, high school, co-op and intern positions

Q4. Who is eligible to receive a referral award?


Any full-time or part-time employee, including interns, VPs, fixed-term employees and co-ops


Exceptions: Anyone who participated in the hiring process or has direct leadership or accountability for the business group, or members of the Talent Acquisition team

Employee Referral


If your referral accepts a position and the position is reward eligible, you'll receive a reward as a token of our appreciation within 1-2 pay cycles from the referred new employee's start date. There will be no employment probationary periods to be considered.


Any full-time or part-time employee can receive a referral reward provided the following:

  • The referral is submitted through CareerHub;
  • The referred candidate is hired within twelve months from the date of the employee referral submission;
  • The referring employee is an active employee of the company at the time of the payment for the referral.


General referrals are not currently accepted. All referrals must be submitted through the CareerHub.


Referral Rewards Are:

 

  • Determined at the country/territory level
  • Based on the established reward amount for the country/territory in which the referred candidate resides
  • Payable by the company in which the referrer resides (referring candidate's company), and paid out in the referrer's local currency

Referral Links

 

When you refer someone, you and your referral candidate are linked for 12 months following the original referral date, at which point the link expires. This means that the referring employee will receive a referral reward if their referred candidate is hired within 12 months of the original referral date on record. We will let you know via email and your tracking dashboard when a referral link is about to expire.
